Disclaimer

This application of the Publications Office of the European Union has been created to verify that documents published in the electronic version of the Official Journal of the European Union (hosted on the EUR-Lex website) have valid electronic signatures. This enables us to guarantee that the electronic version of a document has not been altered after it was published online.

Effective 1 July 2013, the only EU legislation deemed authentic is that published in the electronic editions of the OJ. The legal regime governing the OJ's authenticity was laid down in Regulation No 216/2013 on electronic publication of the Official Journal.

The Publications Office accepts no responsibility with regard to problems incurred as a result of using this site or any linked external sites.

This disclaimer is not intended to limit the liability of the Publications Office in contravention of any requirements laid down in applicable national law, nor exclude its liability for matters which may not be excluded under that law.
